December 2, 2025 – Judge Grants Motion To Dismiss

After getting cases 2 and 3 dismissed in an alleged dog bit case, Mr. Rothstein moved to dismiss the original case due to improper service of the summons and complaint.  In his opposition, plaintiff’s counsel admitted that additional mailing was addressed to the wrong address but argued that the Court could assume it got delivered.  The Judge agreed with Mr. Rothstein that he could not do this and dismissed the case.
